Michelle is a diverse multi-tasked individual with personal and professional experiences ready to share her knowledge. Over 18 years, her passion for helping others became evident through various life experiences. Michelle understands perseverance in challenging times.

Michelle started her career as Social Worker previously working in SC, GA, NC and OK as the Director of Social Services in several skilled nursing facilities. She was also a professional trained caregiver, Hospice Social Worker, Mental Health professional, Alzheimer's Activities Director, an Adult Day Health Care Administrator, a former State Compliance Inspector conducting inspections for Medicaid providers (Adult Day Health Care, Personal Care and Community Residential Care Facilities) and a SC Notary Public and Marketer. She also completed a master's in health administration with a Concentration in Quality Assurance from Trident University International in Cypress, CA. Michelle recently traveled to Chicago attending the 2023 National Adult Day Services Association (NADSA) conference taking multiple courses on how to succeed as an Adult Day Health Care business owner in areas of activities, services for caregivers and more!

During COVID Michelle launched her own online jewelry and accessories boutique participating in numerous pop-up shops and vendor events across the state of SC and NC. Selling to customers online across the U.S. Michelle knows the first steps to take when starting a new business, the importance of social media presence and the mindset you need have to begin.
Michelle is also 2023 graduate of Cornell University with a Certificate in Womens Entrepreneurship.
